As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be providing excellent service; delivering the account for the client and our customers and making sure that the SLA is complied with.

You will be supervising merchandisers' work and making sure that the internal eXPD8 requirement and processes are adhered and implemented on time and within budget. A Brand Ambassador for eXPD8 and your clients, you will develop, engage, motivate and inspire your team to success!

Main responsibilities:

Delivery of a structured plan for each activity

• Proactively reviewing client data – identifying, resolving and reporting compliance issues

• Clients reporting requirements are understood and planned

• Providing reports to clients with photographs and insights

• Respond to client queries on behalf of the Account Management team

• Regular updates to Line Manager and function and attending, supporting and inputting to regular client review meetings.

• Managing client requests and demands proactively

• Actively seek and grow the accounts

Person Specification

Essential:

5 GCSEs at grade C+ (including minimum Maths and English grade B+) or functioning skills level 6-9

• Strong communication with excellent spoken English

• An organiser and planner – has good plans which they implement well with contingencies in place

• Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team

• Effective Time Management; prioritising workload, delegation and using own initiative to ensure delivery is achieved

• A proven background in customer service administration environment, multitasking, prioritising and solution focused

• Able to work under pressure, to prioritise and use own initiative to ensure delivery is achieved

• Problem solver – owns them, resolves them logically and effectively

• A positive and enthusiastic person with a creative and curious mind. You must strive for perfection

Desirable:

• Proven management skills

• Effective scheduling of people and tasks efficiently with built in contingencies in place

• Manage budgets effectively using rate cards and client quote comparisons

• Results driven strategic thinking

• Proven experience at effective Client Relationship Management with accounts that are successful and profitable

As a guardian of your accounts, you will provide recommendations to the business with the most effective methods of delivering the clients requirements. You will be managing expectations, building future plans & forecasts and handle relationships to deliver a joint plan built and tailored by your team.
