Grocery Commercial Manager

This rapidly growing SME with a fun and entrepreneurial team is lookimg for a new Grocery Commercial Manager. Their successful sweet treat products have seen 550% growth over the last few years this is the perfect opportunity to join a company with lots of potential.

As a Grocery Commercial Manager you will...

• Develop the Grocery strategy.
• Generate new business opportunities by proactively targeting potential partners.
• Accountable for working cross-functionally to ensure a successful S&OP process
• Build & maintain strong working relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders.
• Understand our customer's needs, their strategy and how we align/support this as well as understanding macro-trends effecting our category and the wider industry.
• Effectively communicate across all levels via presentations & proposals

The requirements for this role..

• Educated to degree level with specific experience in a sales management role in the food/drink industry.
• Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully reaching sales targets.
• Managed Top 4 account with preference of Sainsburys or Tesco.
• Financially and commercially literate with good excel skills.
• Preferably held a NAM/NAE position
• Can think both strategically and can hit the ground running
• Has experienced different business ownership structures and business culture.
