The Role
The customer marketing manager role has come about via an internal promotion within the business and will see you managing two direct reports. This is a role with great exposure across the organisation and is suited to someone who enjoys having real working accountability.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Own and deliver the customer marketing strategy for the business
- Identify category development opportunities across the UK Grocers & Foodservice using key consumer data and insight
- Meet with UK supermarkets, developing strong relationships with them whilst agreeing joint customer marketing plans
- Quarterly reporting on progress and key updates.
- Own the customer marketing budget
- Manage an effective customer marketing/category team
The Candidate
Candidates must demonstrate the following experience:
- An experienced customer marketing or category manager from an FMCG background
- Strong knowledge of the UK retailer landscape
- Excellent influencing ability
- Good commercial acumen with an understanding of ROI
- People management experience desirable but not essential
