National Account Manager- Grocery

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a premium drinks business based in London. The company provide great tasting and high quality products. They consider themselves a specialist within their category and have won numerous awards for a number of their products in recent years plus have lots of collaborations with other brands.

They are on the lookout for a Grocery account manager to join their dynamic and ambitious sales team, taking on responsibility some of their largest accounts.

Key Responsibilites

• Daily management of Grocery and Off Trade accounts
• Convey the information from your customers internally to ensure their strategy is understood by the wider team
• Become the expert on retail data across your accounts and drive its usage throughout the business
• Working with marketing and partners to develop a promotion strategy
• Develop a wider contract strategy within your customers and drive relationships across the wider team
• Working closely with supply chain to manage forecasts and customer delivery expectations
• Being able to plan on how to increase sales across your customers and the wider Grocery channel
• Support the UK Sales Controller
• Line management responsibility
• Involvement in adhoc projects such as forecasting and product launches

About You:

• Strong educational background with a 2:1 degree or higher
• At least 3 years' experience and ideally connections within the industry
• You will be a team player with strong communication skills, being able to build relationships internally or externally
