Working within a newly formed Project Team for a leading, innovative food business.

This is a great opportunity to join a newly formed Project Team within a large procurement function of an International Food Business. You will work as part of a cross functional team to ensure NPD projects are delivered on time and in full. This is a really collaborative role ensuring that projects are fully aligned with the rest of the business.

Sitting within the Buying Team you will be the link between buying, technical and sales channels to quickly and successfully launch exciting new products. You'll give regular updates to all stakeholders, involve and manage any risks to avoid any delays and issues with new products. You'll manage internal and external requirements and challenges ensuring a fast, efficient and effective resolution.

Candidates will need experience of working within the UK Food Industry and have strong experience of multi tasking and working under pressure against tight timescales. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential and you will have the ability to influence effectively at all levels. You will be degree educated and be numerate with intermediate IT skills and ideally have working knowledge of international supply practices. Project management experience with a strong track record of successful project execution will be highly advantageous.
