Head of Sales - Home Furnishings

THE ROLE
As the Head of Sales, your role will be to drive sales by coaching, developing, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives. This well-established manufacturer is one of the market leaders in the window covering solutions sector. This is a national role with most of your time being spent managing seven Area Sales Managers who are field based across the UK. The role of Head of Sales also has responsibility for managing some head office relationships with a handful of high value retail accounts. Extensive travel with monthly travel to the head office in Ireland.

For this Head of Sales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong track record of people management within B2B field sales
  • Excellent negotiator, P&L experience and margin driven
  • Experience in managing key retail accounts

  • £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary
