Business Development Manager

The role of the Business Development Manager will involve:

• Identifying potential customers that fit with the company's strategic goals and establish partnerships with them.
• Utilising your existing network within the industry to secure meetings with potential customers and attain new business.
• Once business is secured, implement commercial plans with customers with the right product range in order to maximise growth.
• Becoming a category, company and product expert in order to effectively sell to market.
• Playing an integral part in the NPD pipeline for the coming years.
• Working with consumer insight data to bring together recommendations to present to customers.
