We are recruiting for a BDM to join their team to help implement sales strategy into industrial food manufacturers & the out of home market. Our client is expecting you to do this through developing new customer relationships and cultivating opportunities within existing customers.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

  • Contacts and well networked in a variety of channels within the market
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrable track record of major new business success in listed markets
  • Extensive knowledge of the industrial food manufacturing market
  • Understands market dynamics and consumer trends
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to influence at a variety of levels
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Demonstrable experience in selling functional ingredients
  • Proven track record in insight-based solution selling
  • Strong negotiation skills gained in an FMCG commercial environment
  • Appreciation of the NPD process of bringing a product to market
  • Leading and managing projects to a successful implementation
