Our client is a provider of luxury products for the hospitality sector.

They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the successful management of their defined region, developing and implementing plans that deliver growth and increased brand visibility.

The person will be based in London managing a small sales and account management team.

A second European language is a must for this role.

Description

The Regional Sales Manager EU will have the following responsibilities:
  • The successful management of their defined region - developing and implementing plans that deliver growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Development and implementation of strategic commercial and marketing plans across major clients through their account management and business development teams.
  • Direct line management of a small team of business developers and account managers.
  • Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • To provide 5* experience in all client interactions, offering consultation and support.
  • Build annual corporate account plans and forecast in line with the regional commercial and marketing plans.
  • Identify and training and support required for key distributors and partners.


Profile

The Regional Sales Manager should have the following skillset:
  • A proven track record of sales within the hospitality industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years direct line management experience.
  • Experience and track record of managing corporate clients within the hospitality sector.
  • High level of presentation and negotiation skills to best support the reputation and profitability of the business.
  • Personable and with the gravitas to find and interact with key customers.
  • Ability to influence, manage and motivate others including direct reports.
  • Fluency in English plus another European language.


Job Offer

Basic Salary circa £50,000 plus OTE
