On-trade Business Development Manager (Drinks/South West)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a true challenger brand making waves in a previously blue chip dominated market. Since their inception they have become a household name in the drinks market, securing listings across the UK. They are now looking to expand their team, bringing on an On-trade Business Development Manager to lead their growth within the South West.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an individual with 2 year's previous On-trade sales experience in the South West with a passion for drinks and a drive to change the industry from within.

The role of On-trade Business Development Manager would involve:

• Full management of the On-trade accounts within the South West
• Executing our client's sales strategy through attending key industry events, running sampling and training sessions within key accounts
• Using your passion and knowledge of drinks to develop new business, driving growth throughout the company by bringing on on-trade accounts
• P&L and JBP Responsibility
• Working with a fun-loving team passionate about drinks within a fast-paced environment
• Managing one direct report

To be a successful On-trade Business Development Manager you will be:

• Experienced in FMCG Sales focusing on On-trade accounts (2 Years)
• Passionate about Drinks and FMCG Sales
• A go-getter who thrives in an autonomous environment
• An excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships
• Highly organised able to manage your time/workload efficiently
• Degree educated or equivalent
