This is the kind of field based opportunity that doesn't come along very often. This is your opportunity to work for a global cosmetics and haircare company with an instantly recognisable family of brands covering colour cosmetics, retail hair colour, body care and mass fragrance. 

The role is all about maximising space and coverage in-store with independent pharmacies, smaller regional chains and wholesalers - predominantly existing customers but also looking at developing new business opportunities where you see fit. The role draws on a whole host of your skills and abilities in working with the retailer – sales, account management, new business, creative merchandising. So you’re going to need to be well prepared and organised, and confident in the fact that you will be operating remotely to targets and KPI’s.

You’ll need to be a livewire who really enjoys person to person contact, is looking to sell and (over)achieve sales targets, and someone who thrives in this type of super-fast paced environment. You can be a fresh graduate, or maybe you did a sandwich course with a year in business and looking to use that experience. Alternatively you will be working in a Graduate Management retail position, or a more general commercial environment such as recruitment. In any case, you will be looking for a fresh opportunity to make your mark, be capable and pragmatic and action orientated, and ultimately have a fun, outgoing and articulate character.

We will train and develop you, you just need to have the raw skill and determination, plus passion and enthusiasm for our marketplace and awesome products.
