National Sales Manager - Paper Tableware
THE ROLE
As the National Sales Manager, your role will be to drive sales by coaching, developing, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives. This well-established manufacturer is one of the market leaders in the paper manufacturing sector. This is a national role with most of your time being spent managing five Regional Account Managers who are field based across the UK. The role of National Sales Manager also has responsibility for managing some head office relationships with a handful of high value distributors. Extensive travel with regular visits to the South East is required.

For this National Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong track record of people management within B2B field sales
- Excellent negotiator, P&L experience and margin driven
- Sold to catering distributors
- Have worked within industries such as food, chemicals and hygiene
Benefits of this National Sales Manager Position:
- £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
- 10% - 15% bonus
