My client are recruiting a Customer Relations Account Manager to join their leading FMCG branded company in North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be from a client relationship background, able to be the key stakeholder manager between clients and the business, build solid relationships, skilled in reporting and looking to join a global brand.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Customer Relations Account Manager position include:
  • Being the key relationship manager between the client and the business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Conducting supplier service reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with service and to build relationships with key customer contacts within the Supply Chain.
  • Alerting the Supply chain and sales team to potential issues raise by our customers.
  • Achieving customer relationships targets and KPI's as set by the business
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by customers.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled effectively.


  • Profile

    The successful Customer Relations Account Manager will have the following demonstrable skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in a relationship/ stakeholder manager role - working with external clients and the broader business
  • Skilled in reporting and using Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to build rapport and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic and an organised approach to work.
  • Analytically minded, proactive, organised, self-starter - flexible and adaptable to changing demands on item and priorities
  • Good communication, negotiation & influencing skills with the ability to make decisions and use own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-moving working environment.
  • Previous experience in a FMCG/ food environment would be advantageous
  • Able to commute daily to the office in N. Yorkshire and is commutable from Teesside - Hours of Work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
