Are you a passionate and energetic Brand Manager who thrives under pressure and looking to join a category leading organisation? This FMCG Beverage business are market leading and have a phenomenal presence within the industry. They are in double digital growth year on year and this cool and exciting brand are expanding their marketing function with a new brand team, based out of their head office in North West London. They have excellent products with NPD & Innovation at the core of what they do. They pride themselves on being an employer of choice with great product and great people.

The role:

As the Brand Manager you will be the owner and leader for a portfolio of brands focusing on the EMEA region. You will create and lead the strategic framework and develop the marketing mix for the brands platform. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency from trade to consumers. This role has the responsibility to translate the platform identity through business functions to ensure sales and marketing teams as well as customers understand the brand, its purpose and execution. As the Brand Manager you will be required to lead and manage, but also influence and work collaboratively across many departments and projects with multiple stakeholders.

The Candidate:

  • FMCG experience – desirable food and drink
  • 3+ years minimum within Brand Management
  • Proven track record in branded product management.
  • Proven experience working with in an international remit
  • Willing to do international travel (up to 30%)
  • Experience of New Product Development
  • Consumer research techniques
  • Proficient PC skills, especially Excel
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Analystical and numerate
  • Project management skills

Package: up to £45,000 basic salary plus company car allowance and excellent benefits
