The Company

As a global Group, my client have grown into one of the largest manufacturers, importers and distributors of catering equipment. Their product portfolio includes dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, cookware, tabletop, kitchenware, storage, and much more. This range of products are supplied to both the foodservice and retail sectors. 

It is the foodservice division of the group that now has an exciting vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Northern England.

The Role:

This role would involve supplying professional kitchen equipment and supplies to hotels, restaurants, bars and many other catering establishments as well as other distributors. With over 5000 products available they really are a one stop shop.

The Candidate:

  • My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative person to join the sales team to drive growth through existing accounts and through following up warm leads.
  • Candidates will have a foodservice background with at least 3 years experience in field sales and a sound understanding of managing regional accounts in the foodservice sector.
  • Candidates will also have strong technical sales and negotiating skills. The successful Sales Manager will also be a commercial thinker and have a real passion for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • This person will be recognised for their positive contribution and success being part of a growing business, and will provide personal growth, continuous development opportunities and career prospects.
  • My client would specifically like to see candidates who have worked for a catering equipment distributor selling to end-users either nationally or regionally.

Salary:

c£40,000 + bonus + car allowance + 25 days holiday
