THE ROLE: In this role, you will be selling a portfolio of sports medicine orthopaedics including surgical soft tissue repair, shoulder arthroscopy, small joint repair, biologics and implants- across both minimally invasive and open surgery. Key customers are found in both NHS and private hospitals, and include orthopaedic surgeons, shoulder specialists, consultants, theatre teams and procurement departments. This is a relatively new division, so you must be confident in building relationships with new customers and driven to increase market share across the territory.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Territory Sales Manager role you must have field sales experience and an interest in sports medicine or sport injuries. The successful candidate will be confident in new business sales and must have a good proven track record in b2b sales. Those with additional achievements and motivations will also do well here.

• Salary: £30,000 - 35,000
• Bonus: 20k OTE uncapped
