THE ROLE: As Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for 2 internal account managers. Their role is to sell a range of products available to hire, into hire companies and end users such as Schools and Hospitals throughout the UK. You will be expected to coach and develop your team to ensure they are exceeding targets and implement plans to grow their account base. Although your role will be focused on management, you will have key accounts to manage yourself where you will be dealing with Buyers, Directors, MD's and External Sales teams.
THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking to interview candidates who have a proven successful track record managing a sales team, this can be internal or external. You will be confident leading and coaching a team to success and will be able to show this at interview stage. · Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
· OTE: 15%-20%
