Description
The Commercial Manager will effectively develop new business opportunities through effective people management and cross-functional engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and wider business to gather Insight and Data, to inform Product, Sales and Supply Chain on how best to commercialise opportunities and play in active role in pursuing these.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing major Grocery and other National Accounts, and will hold P&L Responsibility. The Commercial Manager will work closely with Retailers to map out successful brand and product launch, and take a collaborative approach in owning and growing these relationships. This is a hands on role, and requires the Commercial Manager to role up their sleeves, and get stuck in!
This role is office-based near Bath.

- Have a proven, FMCG Sales track record
- Will have a strong people management track record
- Have Food category experience
- Have held P&L Responsibility
- Will have experience working with the Grocers
- Be a new business hunter and a proven relationship manager
