A Telemarketing Representative position has become available as they are now looking to add to their team.
Reporting into the Trade Marketing Manager and looking to further develop a strong working relationship with Field based staff to work on Trade initiatives in the market in order to maximise their effectiveness.

 
What Success Looks Like: 
Overseeing a portfolio of customer delivery points ensuring that all volumes purchased, SKU range all stocked up and consistently available.

Working closely with the Field based staff to ensure that all Trade initiatives are being worked on accurately and effectively to enhance and maximise the image and brand portfolio.

Monitoring competitors and reporting any feedback back through the correct channels. Reporting daily on volume sales and addressing any concerns/complaints that arise.
 
Being accurate with order capturing and prompt response to all queries that sit in your remit.
