THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager in the North of England; you will be managing, winning and growing relationships within independent pharmacies, typically liaising with owners, dispensers, managers, pharmacists and assistants. You'll be managing a very large portfolio of product lines as well as working in partnership with customers and helping them to grow their business.


THE COMPANY: This privately-owned organisation continue to succeed and grow thanks to a genuine focus on customer requirement, especially with some of the smaller accounts. They provide a comprehensive range of medical and pharmaceutical products to independent pharmacies.



THE PERSON: Candidates need to have a proven track record in FMCG field sales; plus be a driven, personable relationship builder able to manage and grow their business within the North.

Full product and company training will be given and career prospects for high achievers are attractive.


THE PACKAGE:
  • Basic: £25,000
  • Commission: £7,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company Qashqai
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 20 days holiday + stats
