The Company:

Cavendish Maine are excited to be working with a leading luxury interiors brand partnering their search for an accomplished Sales Manager to be instrumental in the growth of this internationally recognised brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation.

Skills Required:

The Sales Manager will possess the following skills:

  • Incentivise sales with the sales team. 
  • Relaying product information within the relevant target markets.
  • Creating trust and strong relationships with clients with strong follow‐up skills.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury interior design, products and art.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Resourceful and creative.
  • Self‐starter and highly motivated to prove results.
  • Solution focused with the ability to identify and anticipate client needs.
  • Superior problem‐solving skills particularly when dealing with any client issues.
  • Innovative; constantly seeking ways to gain and build relationships and improve processes.
  • Solid computer skills: Internet browsers/search engines, Google Systems, Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Team player and collaborative, always willing to step up and help out.
  • Collaborate with the team in generating new ideas and philosophies to grow sales within FBC.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, finance and account management to ensure a smooth, seamless luxury experience.
  • Proactively resolve client issues using problem‐solving and client service skills.
  • Must multitask effectively and accurately utilise multiple systems concurrently to accurately capture all client and order information.
  • Gain an understanding of the sourcing and purchasing processes for your assigned accounts and identify decision makers and key influencers.
  • Reach monthly sales targets defined by management.
  • Other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
