You could still be in retail , possibly in a field support remit ( merchandising ) or have tasted the freedom of managing your own sales area and perhaps now be looking for that bigger platform to perform from.

You would be empowered to manage an existing account base - predominantly Independently owned High Street Retailers and amongst which your task is to grow their biggest potential sales category.

You’ll need to be a confident range presenter , thrive in drawing to buyer attention performance of ‘evergreen’ best -sellers whilst ever exploring weaknesses of trade rivals and the new listing opportunities that exist.

Operationally you like precision , are irritatingly well prepared and thrive on such opportunities that allow your salesmanship gifts to be most appreciated both by your employer as well as your regular buyers.

When in the theatre that is todays ‘ retail ‘ you are able to advise on best merchandising , negotiate and underline the rationale of best display positioning and never is a question from sales staff not deserving of a full explanation / response.
