Already acting as the sole category supplier of choice with 2 of the leading grocers, they aim to replicate their collaborative approach with a portfolio of other key customer relationships, not only within the grocery channel, but across discounter and out of home relationships also.

As a result of significant growth, and a need to support an ever-growing commercial team, Food Industry Associates have been asked to help identify their next Controller for their Out of Home channel.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, and responsible for leading your own team, we are ideally looking to identify those with current or recent experience / knowledge of 2 critical relationships – Starbucks and Pret a Manger.

As a senior leadership role, your focus will be around the creation and implementation of commercial strategy to significantly drive sales and innovation and build on 2 already well-established key customer relationships.

Interacting with senior level customer contacts, you will lead a team across multiple commercial functions to implement and deliver strategic objectives on a day-to-day basis.
