As Production Manager, you will know that the people are just as important as the process; and you will utilise the skills you have developed to influence and motivate the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and train your direct reports
• Achieve production, quality and safety targets throughout the business
• Ensure staff adhere to all operating standards
• Work closely with other internal functions (Engineering, Factory Manager, Technical)
• Lead by example and drive performance in this challenging environment
• Manage the team effectively to ensure efficiency targets are met/exceeded

The ideal candidate will have:

• High care experience (essential)
• Experience leading large teams
• Strong people skills – the ability to engage staff
• Demonstrable experience of improving site efficiency, safety and quality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiator/communicator
