innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. what you'll be doing

At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth – broadening both our products portfolio and the geographies we operate within, getting our delicious drinks into the hands of more and more drinkers across Europe.

To help us achieve this we’re looking for someone special to come and join us as a Brand Manager, focusing on product strategy and innovation. You’ll join the Group Marketing Team who are responsible for leading the brand plans, owning and evolving the brand positioning, leading creative development, leading innovation, consumer insights, and partnering with our Heads of Marketing in UK&I, France, DACH and Scandinavia to shape winning in-market plans.

It’s up to you to help set the direction for one of our segments by;

  • unlocking the answers to what new products we should be launching and why
  • leading the development of new propositions from a blank canvas, through to fully commercialised launches
  • identifying how we can improve the products that we already have in market

In a nut shell, you will help to create and deliver those tasty products that will sit proudly on the breakfast tables of the future across Europe.

you'll have

  • a consumer centric approach – ensuring you keep the drinker front of mind, so you can create consumer propositions from scratch, showing clear insight
  • project management prowess – to lead the way on meaty innovation projects from a twinkle in your eye through to launch
  • that creative spark – you’ll understand the design aesthetics, create inspiring briefs and deliver engaging design our drinkers will love 
  • passion for the 5ps (and know what they mean) – ensuring that you are optimising our existing products we already have in market as well as the new ones
  • a leadership style that will inspire your team, especially your one direct report 

All in all, we would love to talk to those who dream big and deliver, relish accountability, are creatively inspiring and commercially savvy. It will really tip the scales in your favour if you have some knowledge of the FMCG world, especially relating to sustainability.

To work with lots of our wonderful cross functional teams to deliver the projects including consumer insight, creative, our liquid technologists, category and finance teams.

The idea was to make it easy for people to do themselves some good. And to make it taste nice too.

We wanted people to think of innocent drinks as their one healthy habit; like going to the gym, but without the communal shower afterwards
