Salary – c.£40,000 + Bonus

My client is a national hospitality group that is looking to bring in a successful General Manager that is focussed on driving their busy city centre restaurant and bar into growth. This is an amazing opportunity to take the helm of a young restaurant that is already in a good position within the city’s food scene. The group has been successfully opening across the country for 30 years and has organically grown to over 20 bars and restaurants.
The group is looking for an exceptional leader to focus on growing the restaurant’s revenue while keeping to the high standards and quality the restaurant is known for. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who has a proven track record in growing sales and is driven by exceptional customer service and passionate about providing the highest quality food. Within the role it is imperative that you grow a strong relationship with the site’s Sales Manager working together to implement a sales strategy to achieve financial targets.
- 3+ years in a General Managers role within a restaurant turning over £40k/week
- Experience with running restaurants with over 90 Covers
- Must have experience with P&L and writing budgets
- Experience with premium bar management is preferable
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
