You will be working across 3 major websites, with full responsibility for price, product and promotions to drive online sales.
Ideally you possess:
- Experience across D2C proposition and working in a similar capacity
- A commercial way of thinking when it comes to pricing and promotional strategies
- Management/Mentoring experience
- Previous involvement with developing and implementing eCommerce strategies.
- Key achievements with your onsite conversion rates
- A degree or equivalent

What Success Looks Like:
Driving online sales through a holistic plan which would include developing and implementing the eCommerce strategies. Managing certain campaigns or propositions through effective optimisation which would affect onsite conversion rates positively.
Starting with ownership in pricing, promotions and products. With 2 direct reports, setting a great example of leading from the front.
