The Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth, category-pioneering drinks brand, driving the presence of our client’s brand across their key off trade channel. Key responsibilities include building best-in-class, 52-week off trade marketing plans in line with their overall marketing strategy. You will drive the customer marketing agenda, being the flag bearer for best-in-class off trade activation plans. You will collaborate with and influence internal sales teams, drinks partners and customers to land tailored, inspirational plans that beat the com-petition.  Managing annual marketing budgets, you will ensure the maximum returns for all investment spend. You are an excellent coach and will inspire junior members of the team.

About you 

Of graduate calibre, you possess 3-5 years of marketing experience, at a Customer / Shop-per Marketing Executive / Junior Manager level. You'll currently be operating in a branded drinks environment — soft or alcoholic, with a comprehensive understanding of the UK off trade landscape and customer dynamic.

We are looking for candidates who are obsessed with brilliant execution, as well as being a great communicator, influencer and team player. You are an independent thinker with analytical rigour. With a can-do attitude, you thrive in an autonomous and self-starter environment.
