The Person 
Are you currently a high performing Senior National Account Manager who wants to make an impact on a team and business, have real autonomy in your role and have fun whilst doing all this? Are you ready to step up into a Head of Sales role? If so, this may be the role for you.
This is a Head of Sales position in a high growth SME and we are looking for someone who will be a great coach/mentor to the team around you. As a result you should already have people management responsibility and will be an established and proven leader. The well being and happiness of the team is as important as delivering good commercials so you will be positive, fair, with high expectations of the people around you. 
Commutable to S.W London on a daily basis.

They are looking for a Head of Sales to take on the development and progress of the sales team however being a smaller business they still expect this person to have some customer and account responsibility. 


The Role 
Whilst the account base is TBC [we can play to the strengths of the successful candidate] calibre is everything with this role. We are looking for a high performing, credible Senior National Account Manager [or existing Head of Sales] who can inspire and motivate the team around them and naturally step up into a bigger role. You will manage a team of c. 3 NAMs and will be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and having your own account base as well as delivering through your team. As a small business everyone works very collaboratively so you will get involved in other areas of the business operations as well. 

The Package 
Salary is up to £80 000 [although no car or car allowance] company based performance bonus and great working culture.
