Position Summary

Being a Nespresso Field Sales Consultant is about more than just raising brand awareness and increasing sales. We are looking for a Field Sales Consultant, based in a field sales role (looking after our East London territory), to help drive our Out-of-Home Sales Team.

A day in the life of a Field Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a passionate and driven sales professional who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which then Nespresso business operates. You will rapidly identify and win new business, build strong relationships with new customers and develop & maintain existing client relationships. You will also:

  • Create new business development, with some leads from head office
  • Generate appointments, whilst pitching the business, products and after-sales offer
  • Build rapport and relationships for repeat business.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with large organisations within the FMCG sector, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

What will make you successful?

For the Field Sales Consultant you’ll be motivated and driven, and looking for a brand that you can really get hold of as your own. You’ll be accustomed to creating a professional network and thrive on winning new business and meeting sales targets. We encourage independence and creativity, and you’ll be given as much responsibility as you can handle. A full clean driving licence is a key requirement for the position. You will also be:

  • From a B2B sales background
  • Self-motivated and used to working on your own with large amounts of autonomy
  • Resilient with a can-do attitude
  • Confident at dealing with people at all levels, with particular experience operating at senior level looked on favourable for this opportunity
  • Highly organised, personable and ambitious
  • Well-equipped with consultative / solution sale skills.

Nespresso have a strong benefits package, which includes, for this role, a highly competitive salary DOE + Bonus potential, a competitive pension and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. In addition you’ll receive a FREE Nespresso machine and a monthly coffee allowance.
