An established fashion accessories company is looking for an experienced Brand Sales Manager to lead a promising brand (Web: fableuk.com, Ins: @fableengland) in a fast growing stage to the national and international markets.

Reporting to Head of Sales or MD, this position will be road/office based and be responsible for planning and delivering the sales, building/managing the distribution channels according to the company strategy.   

Responsibilities:

  • Planning sales and channel strategy
  • Managing field agents to deliver the sales targets
  • Developing and managing national accounts and house accounts
  • Planning and delivering key trade marketing strategy together with marketing team, to support the sale
  • Managing tradeshows and field sales meetings.
  • Developing business in specialist segments and/or overseas markets

Personal Profile:

  • Experiences and track record in brand sales representing brands in fashion accessories ideally, also in fashion, premium gift and home/life style or any related industries.
  • Possess a high level of business acumen, skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with customers, a self-starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while actively engaging as a team member
  • Able to demonstrate skills in negotiating and influencing. Open to new business challenges and company initiatives.
  • Fully PC/Internet literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Clean driving licence.
