THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling business solutions into a wide range of commercial SME's. Your points of contact will include Owners, Directors, HR Managers, Facilities Managers and all levels of DM's. The role of Business Development Manager is focused on new business development, with leads coming from internal sources and your colleagues on different divisions. You will be dealing with projects ranging in value from £10K to £100K+ so you must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to provide a solution sale.
THE PERSON: To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager you will have experience in a business to business field-based sales role. You will have a strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate you can manage a large sales structure dealing with high levels of contacts. This paired with a driven, proactive, career motivated personality will see you excel in this position.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:
· Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
· Commission: £15,000 - £25,000
· Company Car or car allowance.
· Mobile, laptop, Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.
LOCATION: Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Chepstow, Bridgend.
