THE ROLE: As Regional Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible a team of 6 Retail Business Managers. Their role is to sell a premium range of construction products into independent tile and flooring retailers. The role of Business Development Manager will be to support your team whilst out in the field, leading by example you will also have your own key accounts to manage. You will be expected to effectively organise your team to ensure your territory is looked after to a high standard.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking for a candidate who has a strong record in a field sales management position. You will have great mentoring and listening skills and must show at interview stage that you have also managed your own base of accounts successfully. If you have come from a retail or distribution sales role, this is ideal but not essential as a full induction will be provided. A positive attitude coupled with a genuine, structured, tenacious personality will see you go far in this role.

· Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
