Our client is one of the largest FMCG players in the branded and own label food and consumer market, BUT they operate with so much autonomy that employees gain from having bags of freedom to make their own decisions.
Following a recent £mulit-million investment their Yorkshire based business is seeking to expand its retail offering and so seeking to appoint a commercial manager able to operate in the top 4 multiples.
You will hold responsibility for overseeing development of product through to launch into stores across the UK whilst managing the forecasting and promotional plan that will deliver the positive impact on EBITDA in the P&L
To succeed in this role, you must have experience within an FMCG market with experience of interacting with retailers using category led solutions that meet customers needs.
In response you will receive first class training and development both locally and globally across the group with the opportunities being present that will allow growth of your skills and expansion into other disciplines as required. Key is attitude and approach. No Ego will really help here. But an ambition to create amazing customer solutions will take you a long way
