Field Sales Support Manager - Retail Sales - OTE £40K+

THE ROLE: Covering a national territory you will have 6 reports that will be made up of National Account Managers and Field Sales Executives. Their role is to sell a range of sealants into a variety of retail accounts dealing directly with branch managers taking orders up to £2m. Your position as Field Sales Support Manager will be to provide your team in the field with support, co-ordinate with the NAM and ensure new promotions are delivered to the client base. Our client is looking for a leader that can help develop this team and make sure they are reaching their full potential.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking to interview those sales professionals who can show at interview that they have previously managed a team of a similar size that have sold into retail accounts.
