The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to our client’s long-term ambitions. We have a portfolio of brands that are category leaders. Due to organic growth we are seeking a National Account Manager to be an integral part of the direct sales team. You will lead the long-term growth strategy for the ‘large business’ sector; focused on, but not limited to Contract Caterers. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining an existing business funnel as well as winning new business tenders to contribute towards the Professional annual operating plan targets. You will work as part of a cross functional selling team with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance in order to deliver our growth agenda.
You:
Ideal candidates, of graduate calibre, will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex structures and a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment is essential. Previous Out of Home, Food Service, ‘on the go’ experience is a pre-requisite.
