The Role: Representing a UK privately owned marine manufacturer, the new Territory Sales Manager will be largely responsible for managing a portfolio of retail accounts, independents, DIY stores, OEM's as well as sailing chandleries. Selling a range of products for superyachts, racing, cruising and mooring, you will deal with the leisure marine sector, contacting business owners, boat makers and riggers. This field sales role will see you covering Essex & East Anglia, managing your own diary you will book up to 25 meetings per week with new and existing customers.

The Company: Our client is a UK based £15M turnover manufacturer of marine products for commercial and leisure use. They sell a wide range of polyester, nylon and dyneema ropes in various sizing used for superyachts, racing, industrial, lifting and window blinds! Stocked in dealers across the country, you will find their products mainly in independent retailers, DIY and sailing stores. They are now recruiting for a new position within the company, looking for a down to earth sales person from ANY background!

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • ANY client facing sales experience
  • Knowledge of sailing/marine industry would be a huge bonus
  • Full UK driving licence
