You’ll be leading the next stage of growth across high-value high-demand brands. A builder, not a bag-carrier.
You’ve got proven FMCG experience in national accounts looking after grocery mults, and you’ve got the maturity and shoulders needed to drop and roll on an important customer like this.
You enjoy adding value and a new perspective on existing customer relationships. You engage others quickly internally and externally because you build trust through intentional listening, considered action and facilitating strong feedback loops. It’s a given that you’re all over your numbers.
You’ll be working across a varied branded portfolio. Leading on innovation and a category champion, the business’s challenge is delivering on demand. Leading value-input for the category and pulling back from blunt promotional dynamics will afford you the opportunity to display the depth of your commercial tool-box and skill with what’s inside it.
You’ll get the chance to get noticed. Managing a challenging Grocery customer is never easy but it’s better than being bored and offers the opportunity to show excellence like any pressured situation. Success in this contract will most likely offer other opportunities for internal application across other roles.
