The Company

My client is a leading manufacturer who supply to the Hospitality and Foodservice sector. They are an independently owned business that has achieved considerable growth and success through delivery of excellent customer service and the ability to adapt bespoke creative solutions for their customers.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that have experience selling to national distributors and wholesalers and are looking for a fresh new challenge.

You will be tasked with managing national accounts and growing sales through a portfolio of established and loyal national distributors, wholesalers and buying groups.  

Working with a range of decision makers, these will include owner managers and board level decision makers as well as buying and purchasing departments.

The Person

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

  • Experience selling to distributors.
  • Track record of sales within either Foodservice, Catering Equipment, Beverage, Catering Disposables, Tableware or Glassware.
  • Experience of having managed national accounts.
  • Proven success in having won and grown sales.
  • Creative thinker who can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent organisation skills including report writing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who has knowledge of selling to distributors to step up in responsibility and work with some of the largest distributors, groups and wholesalers in the UK.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary circa £50,000 + car + healthcare + pension + bonus, OTE 20%.
