Senior National Account Manager - Grocery
You are an experienced Senior NAM looking for a new challenge and a broader Commercial role. An opportunity to work on a major FMCG brand and draw upon your business planning, negotiating and category management experience. You are commercially astute and have an ability to inspire others and develop strong business relationships. With strong Top 4 experience you are confident in leading and implementing category reviews and commercial discussions. This is a varied role which offers a broad remit, commercial challenges and will add value to both you and your career.
This Global Business and their Brand occupy a unique space within the FMCG sector. In a growing category they are well established, have a loyal following of consumers and are an influential player. 2019 is proving to be a great year and they have considerable NPD, marketing initiatives, TV and on-line activity planned. You will work as part of a professional and positive Head Office team and drive a broad commercial agenda within the Grocery sector.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will take responsibility for developing winning commercial strategies for the UK Grocery sector. You will invest time to pull out the key insights, understand the dynamics of the category and engage at all levels to implement commercially robust business plans. This is a unique role and a great opportunity to move away from day to day senior trading discussions and broaden your experience. You will be expected to take a strategic and highly commercial view to drive sales and profitability.
