Project Manager - Travel

You will develop and execute a framework that gathers and tracks all activity in progress that will benefits to our customers, centralising this into a programme that gives a single and centralised view of all customer improvement activity and that can be shared across the organisation. As the successful Project Manager you will work closely with the Customer Comms Manager to ensure that comms plans are in place to communicate customer improvements internally and externally. This is a key role in our clients organisation where you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve results, working with all levels within the business.
The ideal Project Manager / Customer Experience Manager will :
- Strong project management and organisational skills, able to lead and work through the stages of a complex project.
- Pace of delivery and solution-focused
- Be a self-starter who can quickly get to work and get to grips with the organisation to build an internal network and start gathering the information needed to successfully build the programme.
- Experience of working in a European or International environment and able to demonstrate understanding of customer and colleague needs across markets.

This is Office based in London. This is a FTC but likely to go perm.
