This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, Field Marketing Agency of the Year 2019!

Your principal duties will include providing effective and efficient tactical recruitment & field support for FSS within the Retail team and in order to achieve agreed client objectives, alongside the smooth day-to-day running of those accounts to which you are assigned.  Additional duties, which are consistent with your position, may be assigned to you on either a temporary or permanent basis from time to time.

This position is predominantly office based (Thame) with the requirement to attend field & client meetings from time to time.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Delivery against Field & Recruitment Executive minimum standards.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of those processes, policies and procedures that are required within the Retail team
  • To implement the booking of suitable tactical field agents for client activities ensuring delivery against the account group and clients expectations
  • Deal with day to day issues from the field that are key to the successful delivery of client campaigns.
  • To take ownership for Field Team Quality control monitoring
  • Communicate directly with the client & field on key day to day issues
  • Must have the ability to work as a team with tactical Account Managers and operations team to support on other campaigns as required.
  • Adaptable to the needs and requirements of the business and its clients.
  • To take a lead in the Field Briefing process, to ensure processes and being followed and key activity objectives are clearly communicated
  • To attend recruitment fairs with the objective of attracting suitable Tactical Field Agents
  • To take a lead with Recruitment advertising and explore opportunities to increase our database of suitable personnel
  • To take a lead with ensuring processes are in place to keep our tactical database up to date
  • To provide accurate word, excel, administrative and operational support to ensure the effective execution of any activities assigned to you
  • To assist in the preparation and production of field based contracts and associated paperwork
  • To work in conjunction with the Retail Account Director to implement any new or appropriate working practices & system devlopments
  • To communicate with field, head office, client and supplier personnel in a professional, efficient and appropriate manner
  • To undertake additional tasks or projects as and when required

Essential Criteria 

  • Knowledge of / experience in the Field Sales Industry
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in recruitment & working with Field Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels face-to-face, by telephone and in writing
  • Able to express ideas and views persuasively, clearly and concisely
  • Analytic skills and the ability to draw insight from data
  • Strong organisational skills and good project management skills
  • Adaptable to the needs and requirements of the business and its clients
  • Able to work to deadlines, under pressure and to prioritise effectively
  • Computer literate across all Microsoft packages
  • Lives within commutable distance to Thame in Oxfordshire (head office-based role)
