Description
The primary responsibility for the Regional Sales Manager is to develop and lead the field sales team in driving the business strategy across London and the South East. Further responsibilities include:-
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to leverage collaborative growth.
- Leading and developing a regional sales team and ensure performance KPI's are achieved.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly quotas in line with corporate objectives.
- Directing, supporting and motivating a team in order to achieve maximum results, market penetration and utilisation of resources and promotional activities.
- Actively monitor, manage and implement as required the performance of the team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Profile
The successful Regional Sales Manager will:-
- Have a proven track record of managing and developing a sales team.
- Possess strong commercial awareness and the ability to manager and deliver large sales/margin targets.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrate flexibility of travelling across the assigned region and attending trade exhibitions as and when required.
- Preferably have a background within the chemicals industry.
Job Offer
Basic Salary upto £45,000 plus bonus.
