What Success Looks Like:
There are huge growth plans on the horizon and defining these are crucial for the future growth. A great time for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the business as their goals have been defined and now it’s all about how we are going to go about achieving them.
Working closely with large businesses across supermarkets and the likes, to further build networks and senior stakeholders (both externally and internally). Working as a ‘middleman’ from supplier to the teams within the business to ensure customers’ needs are seen to. The Senior Business Development Manager would regularly update the Head of Sales, which would include progress with each lead/client.
Developing a strategy that will show progress with clients and scope to further grow in the long term.
