Innovation Marketing Manager
Our client is one of the most sought after FMCG businesses in the North West, boasting a diverse product portfolio and household name brands! They are currently undergoing an exciting period of change with a real focus and investment in bringing innovative new products to market! Sitting in a newly created central innovation team a new Innovation Marketing Manager role has been created to drive the Innovation and NPD for a diverse portfolio of brands and product categories.
Reporting into the Group Marketing Director this Innovation Marketing Manager role will be key to delivering a long term innovation and NPD pipeline that is consumer centric, creative and exciting! You will lead the creation of the food innovation strategy and working closely with the Research and Intelligence team you will bring to life innovation concepts that are at the forefront of global food and packaging trends. As an experienced brand and innovation specialist you will be able to utilise your full marketing mix experience to create products that meet consumer needs and are aligned to both brand and customer strategy.
This role would suit a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager with significant experience in Innovation and NPD. This could be in the group function of a Global FMCG business or at a local level as long as you can demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and an excellent track record of delivering products to market. This is not a technical innovation role; you will need to have demonstrable experience of working across the full marketing mix in addition to innovation.
