Alliance is a leading national distributor of non-food products to the hotel, leisure, catering and public sectors.
Based from our distribution centres in Leeds and Donnington, Alliance Depots form part of our Regional Strategy. We are seeking to recruit 2 exceptional General Managers to lead and develop our teams.
Each of these businesses are significant medium sized operations and have been established in their communities for many years.
Your Duties will Include
- P&L responsibility of Sales and Operations
- Leading and motivating a large team of great people
- Achieving Sales and Profit targets
- Working with our customers and suppliers, to develop product and service strategies to mutual benefit
- Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative,
- You will have B2B experience. A track record in the non-food sector – Catering Products, Disposables, Cleaning & Hygiene and Equipment would be useful, but is by no means a barrier to an individual with the drive to succeed and develop in a truly dynamic environment
- Commercially aware and computer literate essential
The Package: Significant salary depending on experience, Profit related bonus, 25 days holiday, expensed Car and option to join the Group Pension Scheme.
