The Role: The Business Development Manager role will see the successful individual work closely with the Sales Manager to develop a new business development plan in the North West of England. Developing relationships with estate agencies, property management companies, developers and leasing firms, you will use these clients as a network to create end user sales leads and contacts. Selling a full circle design and fit out solution for homes and property that are on the property market, this first class home staging service gives vendors the maximum chance of selling their homes at the premium price.

The Person: The ideal candidate for this role will either have a background in any business to business sales environment, or be an Estate Agent looking for slight career change. You will be creative, personable and very passionate. What you have sold previously is not hugely important as our client will base all applications of personality and energy alongside past experiences.
