Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships with Tesco and Asda, delivering sales and profit targets in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will update and deliver sales forecasts, identify risks and opportunities for growth, and report back to relevant stakeholders.

The Key Account Manager will develop and implement effective and collaborative Joint Business Plans that maximise profitability and ensure mutual growth. It will be essential for the successful candidate to work closely with key stake holders to ensure trade spend is managed and promotional plans are delivered effectively, all the while driving brand awareness and maximising profitability.

It will be important for the Key Account Manager to build strong internal relationships and collaborate with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams. Participation in key business meetings such as forecast validation, NPD and brand meetings, and presenting a review of account performance will be necessary.

This is a field based role with a requirement to travel to the Swansea Head Office from time to time.
