CATEGORY MANAGER

THE COMPANY

Our client operates in a diverse and competitive category, with a number  leading consumer products within a well-balanced portfolio. To further build upon this success, our client understands the need to continually develop and improve all aspects of their company, and as a result are seeking a Category Manager for the next part of the journey.

THE ROLE

This is a classical category role, Developing customer engagement, category development programmes, cross functionally working, managing category and customer performance, identify trends, creating customer specific tactics, with the overall objective of  achieving  category, share and distribution growth - no surprises here!

THE CANDIDATE

Of course we do require some  previous category experience. However, that really could be at a high perfoming exec level, lets not get hung of job titles its all about the transferable experience.
