Sales Account Manager - FM Service Contracts - £35K + 15K OTE

Package: £35,000 - 38,000 basic plus £15k uncapped OTE!
  • Mobile, Laptop & Company Car or Allowance!
  • Uncapped Commission Structure - £50K OTE

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for upselling service and maintenance contracts across the West London region. Selling directly to end users, you also prospect new business, targeting any business with a lift or escalator. Contacting facilities or building management companies, you will deal with property managers, estate agents, procurement and business owners. This role is split between 80% account management with 20% from new business. To be considered for this role you must have strong commercial awareness, you could have sold a product or service, but this must have been business to business.
